Having loved birds forever, our founder, Chris Lynch, was always looking for something with which he could display his affinity for birdwatching. However, he was only ever able to find tacky-looking bird T-shirts that didn't display the true beauty of these birds. Sometime later, Mardale Drive Enterprises was born with a focus on creating shirts and merchandise featuring hand-drawn birds with their proper identifications. The goal is to create awareness of our avian friends as well as highlight how important birds are in our daily lives. With more than 60 million people who birdwatch in the United States, we hope that birdwatchers can represent their favorite birds wherever they are and realize in this ever changing world how important birds play in our daily lives.
